**Information about the position**:
The Midmile Operator (MMO) plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our FR Vinted Go Network.
The MMO supports and manages daily mid-mile transport activities in collaboration with Field Ops (FO) team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and efficient movement of goods between hubs, and distro hubs.
The MMO will be responsible for coordinating with carriers and FO teams and resolving operational issues.

We are looking for someone to be based in our Amsterdam office or in our Paris warehouse (Vaires-sur-Marne, 77).

**In this position, you'll**:

- **Coordinate daily mid-mile transportation operations across designated routes and regions**:Communicate effectively with internal teams and external logistics partners (slack escalations for late, safety issues, adhoc management, cages management,)
- **Train carriers on Processes and Tools**:Provide training to carriers to ensure their compliance with our processes and effective use of our tools.

**About you**:

- Fluent English and Dutch, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong listening skills to ensure a clear understanding of partners' challenges
- Ability to analyze data and solve problems
- Capacity to interact effectively at all levels of the organization, from operators to directors
- Exemplary conduct and a strong drive for excellence
- Adaptability to different stakeholders and environments
- Open to a temporary work contract (intérim)
