Nous recrutons un (e) Junior Compliance Officer pour rejoindre l'équipe de conformité d'une société située à Luxembourg.

Le poste sera situé au Luxembourg.

**Vos missions**:

- Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les responsables de conformité seniors, au sein d'une équipe avant-gardiste et engagée.
- Assistance de l'équipe dans les requêtes AML/CFT, suivi et soutien des contreparties internes et externes (gestion de la relation/back-office - banques et auditeurs).
- Veiller au respect des listes de surveillance des sanctions et des contrôles mondiaux, et remonter les informations aux membres seniors de l'équipe.

Profil recherché

Vous êtes titulaire d'un diplôme universitaire, master ou bachelor en droit, finance, économie ou domaine similaire.

Vous avez au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire, de préférence dans un cabinet du type Big4 ou un cabinet d'avocats, avec des compétences en audit, test AML/CFT, vérification des contreparties clients (Know Your Customer pour nouveaux et existants).

Capacité à comprendre les informations et les documents KYC et à les vérifier par rapport aux bases de données internes électroniques et physiques.

Capacité à évaluer la cohérence de la classification des risques des clients.

Idéalement, vous devriez avoir une bonne connaissance des lois et réglementations luxembourgeoises et européennes applicables en matière d'AML/CFT, spécifiquement dans l'industrie de la gestion de fonds et d'actifs.

Vous possédez d'excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite en anglais, le français étant un atout.
