**Votre rôle et vos missions**:
The Multi-Asset team manages a range of portfolios that invest in more than a single asset class (normally a mix of global equities, fixed income and alternatives). The Senior Multi-Asset Portfolio Manager will have four main responsibilities (I) participate in the process of setting the investment strategy and active asset allocation for the MA portfolios, with a particular focus on top-down allocation decisions (asset classes/countries/sectors/style); (II) manage a range of multi-asset portfolios; (III) contribute to the business development and ongoing investment management process enhancement; and (IV) engage clients and external entities, representing the Multi-Asset team and AXA IM.
- Participate in the process of setting the investment strategy and active asset allocation for the portfolios that MA manages, based on top-down analysis and views
- Proactively propose investment ideas for the team
- Actively participate in discussions on formulating market views, and challenging colleagues when needed on their views
- Manage a range of multi-asset portfolios, including daily trading, implementing trades, rebalancing portfolios, managing cash flows and implementing client instructions
- Collaborate with other teams within AXA IM (e.g. Client Group, PSU, RFP) to develop solutions and products that meet specific client needs
- Participate in initiatives to enhance the investment management process, including conducting research, providing inputs into building models and tools, drafting papers explaining the process, and presenting to internal and external stakeholders
- Engage current and prospective clients by presenting and explaining market conditions (across regions and assets), market views, portfolio positioning, performance and risk
- Prepare presentations and papers and present them, including to large audiences

**Votre profil**:
**Skills and Experience**
- Proven experience and track-record in managing multi-asset portfolios
- Proven experience in asset allocation, investment selection and portfolio construction
- Proven experience in liquid asset class
- Understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, different asset classes, types of investment vehicles, and derivatives
- Understanding of risk measurement, risk management, and performance attribution
- Proficient in MS office, Bloomberg
- Trading experience is an advantage
- Experience engaging with institutional investors (insurance companies, pension schemes) is an advantage
- University degree in economics, business or actuarial studies is an advantage
- CFA charterholder is an advantage

**Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Second European language, in particular French, is an advantage
