We are seeking a talented **Product Designer** to join our team and help shape exceptional digital experiences.

**You will**:

- Design user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines and enhance usability
- Optimize the user experience by addressing accessibility, navigation, and interaction flows
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into design solutions
- Iterate designs based on user feedback, performance metrics, and stakeholder input
- Maintain and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency across products
- Conduct user research to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and pain points
- Analyze user feedback and data to inform design decisions and strategies
- Drive all design process phases from research and ideation to design and testing

**You have**:

- 5+ years of experience in **B2B products**, fintech or blockchain environment preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing your work in complex tech environments
- Proficiency in design tools such as **Figma**; experience with prototyping and collaboration tools like **Principle or Miro**is also a plus
- Experience with creating and maintaining **design systems**
- Solid understanding of** Web3 principles**, dApp architecture, smart contracts, crypto wallets, tokenomics, and blockchain principles: you don’t need to be a developer, but understanding how Web3 products work is crucial
- Strong **communication and collaboration** skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts effectively
- Ability to work with complex **user experience challenges** in a new and emerging space. You should be able to work with uncertainty and think creatively about how to improve the user journey.
- Ability to work with** uncertainty**and fast-changing environment
- Self-motivation with ability to manage** multiple projects** in a fast-paced environment
