Cette entreprise lyonnaise a été créée en 2015 afin de développer une solution SaaS dans le secteur RH afin de simplifier et rendre de façon plus transparente la mobilité interne au sein des entreprises.

Après une levée de fonds plus que réussie en 2021, elle s'inscrit depuis quelques mois dans une logique d'internationalisation. Par conséquent, dans ce cadre, elle recherche aujourd'hui **un(e) IT Project Manager** afin de participer au développement / intégration de la solution.

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE

En tant qu'IT Project Manager tu seras amené à travailler étroitement avec les équipes produit et tech ainsi qu'avec des clients internationaux. Tu devras:
Participer aux différentes phases de la mise en œuvre de la solution et à l'animation des ateliers techniques

Participer à la gestion du paramétrage technique et fonctionnel de la solution en coordination avec l'équipe

Contribuer à l'optimisation des processus internes, à l'amélioration de la documentation technique et à l'industrialisation de la base technique

Outre l'aspect chefferie de projet / intégration de la solution, tu devras apporter une vision stratégique à l'entreprise afin de faire évoluer ses outils, son support... etc.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ

En tant qu'IT Project Manager, tu dois:
Avoir une première XP en chef de projet intégration / consultant si possible sur une solution SaaS

Maitriser les environnements de base de données (MySQL)

Avoir une communication irréprochable

Maitriser l'anglais de manière fluent
