We have an exciting opportunity to join our European Human Resources team in Paris as Senior HR Assistant.
Based in Paris, you will provide support to the Human Resources Department across our Commercial, Ground Services and Cargo businesses.
**Specific accountabilities include**
- Support HR Team with the day-to-day administration of all HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, payroll and HR Administration.
- Perform customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on personnel policies and contractual obligations
- Prepare and maintain new employee files and process documents of new joining staff
- Maintain employee leave records and update HR employee database change
- Prepare the payroll collection of the attendance and be part of the payslip distribution
- Assist with the preparation of the performance review forms
- Coordinate training requests and travel arrangements
- Place the orders for the HR Department (business cards, fuel cards, cleaning cards, meal vouchers)
- Manage the invoices for the HR Department
- Provide reports and stats on HR topics to be followed up
- Perform translation from French to English for the HR Department
- Assist HR Business Partner and HR Team with various research projects and/or special projects
Qualifications
**Qualifications - External**
- Minimum 3 years relevant administration experience. HR experience is desirable but not essential
- Experience in a large multinational environment
- MS Office, MS windows, and HRMS system skills
Fluency in English and French is a mandatory requirement for this role. You must have the current legal right to live and work in France.
