Your Missions
The Digital Customer Experience & Data department is part of the Ecommerce division and covers all projects related to user experience on the various platforms of the CMA CGM group using UX methodologies and Data Science to optimize the customer journey.
DCX has developed UX & DATA projects based on expertise and advanced technologies such as generative AI. DCX needs additional support to popularize its work to enhance visibility and foster data-centric culture among employees.
What Will You Do?
Create video content to popularize Data Science and Customer Experience topics for a general audience and serve as support for COMEX
Create infographics highlighting the impacts of Customer Experience and Data Science actions for the network
Develop communication materials to present Data Science, Customer Experience, and Conversion Rate Optimization projects in an accessible way for the group’s employees
Animate the Customer Experience community by creating and sharing visual articles (shorts) about the team’s work
What Are We Looking For?
You hold a higher education degree (BAC+5) from a university or a school of communication, graphic design, or media
You are proficient with computer tools (Excel, Word, Internet, Outlook, etc.) and have good IT adaptability
You possess skills in DTP (Photoshop, Figma, Indesign), video editing tools, and visual supports (newsletters, PPT, Infographics)
You have knowledge in Design
You are bilingual in English, able to read, write, and communicate with English-speaking colleagues
You demonstrate autonomy, rigor, and creativity
You have team spirit, good interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills
