**YOUR ROLE**:
Our team provides agile and dedicated support to the leaders of our subsidiaries (both French and international) and the Business Units of the CMA CGM Group (media, land activities, agencies, aviation, start-up incubator) for all matters related to governance aspects, high-level operations, company life, intra-group reorganizations, and internal growth projects.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Reporting to the Deputy Group Legal Director, you will have the following responsibilities:
Lead the activity of the department and manage a team of four collaborators.
Advise decision-makers, operational teams, and support services on all Corporate matters with discernment and integrity (monitoring the social life of companies, legal engineering of restructurings, negotiation and drafting of contractual documentation).
Secure and structure internal growth operations and ensure their Corporate legal compliance in all countries internationally (expansion of our network of agencies, development in new countries, securing their Corporate operations).
Protect Group investments by ensuring their Corporate follow-up (monitoring governance and social life of companies and acquired stakes, especially in listed companies, development and implementation of legal integration plans for acquisitions).
Optimize resources and the use of digital tools to ensure optimal efficiency of our service to our internal clients (optimization of the subsidiary management tool, development and implementation of Optimizing Group Processes).
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Master's degree in Business Law, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a dynamic, multicultural, and demanding environment.
Expertise in business law.
The working languages are English and French, requiring good proficiency in both languages.
Dynamic, with straightforward and clear interpersonal skills, you offer pragmatic and effective solutions. You are familiar with working in project management mode.
