**Gestion des équipements utilisateurs**:

- Déploiement, configuration et gestion des ordinateurs de bureau, portables et appareils mobiles.
- Maintenance et gestion des systèmes Windows et macOS.
- Application des mises à jour logicielles, correctifs et politiques de sécurité.

**Support aux outils de collaboration et de productivité**:

- Administration des suites bureautiques comme Microsoft 365
- Gestion des outils de communication (Teams, etc.).
- Support aux solutions de partage de documents comme SharePoint ou OneDrive.

**Support IT et résolution d'incidents**:

- Diagnostic et résolution des problèmes matériels et logiciels des utilisateurs.
- Gestion des incidents de niveau 2 et 3.
- Assistance aux équipes de support technique.

**Automatisation et scripting**:

- Développement de scripts (PowerShell, Bash, Python) pour automatiser les tâches répétitives.
- Optimisation du déploiement des appareils, de l'intégration des utilisateurs et de la gestion des logiciels.

**Infrastructure de bureau virtuel (VDI) et accès à distance**:

- Gestion et maintenance des environnements Citrix, VMware Horizon ou Microsoft AVD.
- Administration des solutions d'accès à distance (VPN, Zero Trust).

Environnement technique:

- Microsoft : Windows - Office 365 - SharePoint - OneDrive - Teams
- Environnements Citrix, VMware Horizon ou Microsoft AVD
- Scripts : PowerShell - Bash - Python
- Accès distant : VPN, Zero Trust
