**Community Manager (Alternance) - CapAvocat, Paris**

CapAvocat, prépa d’excellence au CRFPA basée à Paris, recrute un(e) **Community Manager en alternance** pour renforcer sa présence digitale et animer sa communauté étudiante.

**Vos missions**

En lien direct avec l’équipe marketing, vous serez chargé(e) de:

- Déployer et piloter notre stratégie social media autour des temps forts de la prépa (inscriptions, concours, résultats, événements ).
- Créer, planifier et publier des contenus engageants sur **Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok et Facebook**.
- Produire des formats variés : visuels, carrousels, stories, reels, témoignages étudiants, vidéos coulisses
- Réaliser des **montages vidéo dynamiques** pour les formats courts (Reels, TikTok, interviews, vidéos pédagogiques).
- Animer la communauté : gestion des interactions, messages, modération, relances.
- Participer aux campagnes d’acquisition digitale : relais d’offres, événements, temps forts d’inscription.
- Suivre et analyser les performances (portée, engagement, clics, conversions) et proposer des optimisations.
- Assurer une veille sur les tendances et best practices en marketing digital et éducation.
- Collaborer avec les équipes pédagogiques pour une communication cohérente et impactante.

**Profil recherché**
- Formation Bac+3 minimum en **communication, marketing digital ou équivalent**.
- Première expérience réussie en community management (stage, alternance ), idéalement dans l’éducation, une prépa ou un univers digital.
- Bonne connaissance des **réseaux sociaux** (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook) et des codes propres à chaque plateforme.
- Compétences en **montage vidéo** (Reels, Shorts, TikTok) avec Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects ou équivalent.
- Maîtrise des outils de création graphique **:Canva**, **Suite Adobe** (Photoshop, Illustrator ).
- Excellent niveau rédactionnel, **créativité**, sens du **storytelling**.
- Autonomie, rigueur, sens de l’organisation et attrait pour le monde étudiant et juridique.
