Marlink SAS is looking to add a further member to its Accounting International Shared Service Centre. Our
business focuses on providing a comprehensive accounting and tax solution to the companies of Marlink
Group.

**Your Mission**:

- The general accounting in French / local and

IFRS gaap
- Fixed assets (In-progress monitoring,

activation, depreciation, scrap and sale,
impairment)
- Stock (Control of movements, computation of

the depreciation, Cooperation and
involvement to the physical stocktake)
- Payroll (control and registration, including

payroll taxes)
- Treasury (payment preparation, gestion

registration of the operations on bank, current
account, borrowing and loan accounts, bank
reconciliation, revaluation)

**Main Tasks**:

- Management of the physical stock take with

Logistics
- Solving payroll issues with HR Department
- Monthly closing works with the Controlling

Department
- Tax filling forms with tax advisors
- Yearly financial audit with the auditors

**Qualifications & Professional skills**:

- BETC Higher National Diploma specialized in

Accountancy and Management or equivalent.
- Similar experience within international

environment.
- Excellent English and French written and

verbal communication skills.
- Excel skills: Functions *.IF, Logic operators,

VLOOKUP, Pivot tables.
- Organization, rigour, eye for accuracy and

detail, and sense of service.
