- **Mission**:
Join us as a General Accountant to manage the day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting for Qonto's European entities while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

‍‍ **As a General Accountant at Qonto, you will**
- **Manage accounting processes** including bank reconciliation, VAT reconciliation, and monthly closings with unwavering accuracy
- **Coordinate with local accounting firms** for tax declarations and financial statements, ensure compliance with local accounting standards and reporting requirements
- ** Identify and implement process improvements** to enhance efficiency within the finance department

- **Her path?** She has built a solid foundation in accounting and finance through her diverse career path. Before joining Qonto, she was an International Accountant at Vestiaire Collective.
- **What she can bring to the team?** Salina leverages her extensive experience to guide and mentor her team effectively. Her profound finance and accounting knowledge and leadership skills enable her to streamline financial processes and drive impactful results.

**About You**
- **Technical Expertise**: You are proficient in International accounting rules with strong analytical skills, and you must be proficient in Excel and familiar with common features (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, etc.)
- **SAP Experience**: You have previous experience with ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- **Industry Knowledge**: You bring experience from accounting firms or structured companies in a fast-paced environment
- ** Process Improvement**: You have a track record of identifying and implementing efficiency improvements in accounting processes
- **Languages**: You are fluent in English, German is a plus.**Perks**
