Accounting and Administrative Officer Intern

As an Accounting & Administrative Officer at Singulier you will work in collaboration within a team in a motivating work environment, with flexibility and personal empowerment and flat hierarchy.

You will become a pillar of a small and agile performing finance team currently composed of 4 people. You will report directly to the CFO. You will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries

You will provide support to the business and finance function with a focus on improvements to the selling/purchase/expenses process along with the project to have the accounting in-house. You will have a central and evolving role, you will have many contacts such as Cofounders, Partners, employees, and the HR team of 5 people.

Your Missions:

- Maintaining global accounting records to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Support Audit activities, CAC relationship management
- Preparation or review of periodic financial statements, tax reporting, closing transactions along with an ecosystem of external providers
- Manage Clients invoicing and recovery process
- Operational management and monitoring of payables/receivables & expenses activities (setup, supervision of approval and payment, monitoring of reminders and third-party disputes, etc.)
- Contributing to the implementation and analysis of performance and quality indicators
- Support the transformation activities and projects (organization / processes / systems)

**Requirements**:

- Bac +4/5 with a major in management and accounting
- Excellent communication, rigor, and organisation skills
- Knowledge in administration and accounting principles and practices
- Perfect Ethics with ability to manipulate confidential information
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work individually as well as in a team environment
- Mastering both French and English
- Mastering of MS Office especially Excel
