Chez **Horoquartz**, acteur de référence des solutions de **Gestion des Temps et des Activités, de planification et de sûreté**, nous recrutons un(e) **Product Marketer** pour piloter la stratégie de positionnement, de lancement et d’adoption de nos offres GTA et planification. Il s’agit d’une création de poste.

Vous évoluerez dans un **rôle clé**, rattaché(e) à la **Direction Marketing**, avec une mission claire : faire le lien entre l’innovation produit, les attentes marché et la performance commerciale. **Le poste sera basé à Massy ou Nantes**, selon votre préférence.

**Vos missions principales**
- Définir et exécuter la **stratégie marketing produit** de l’offre GTA et Planification (logiciel eTemptation) dans un premier temps, potentiellement sûreté dans un 2ème temps
- Structurer le **positionnement, les messages clés, les différenciateurs** et la proposition de valeur
- ** Travailler étroitement avec l’équipe produit** (Product Managers) pour assurer un alignement constant entre besoins du marché, priorisation et développements
- ** Collaborer de près avec la R&D** pour garantir une parfaite cohérence entre la vision produit et les livrables techniques
- Définir et mettre en œuvre des **stratégies go-to-Market et go-to customers globales** et percutantes
- Collaborer étroitement avec l’équipe marketing sur les leads generation
- Organiser et dérouler des webinaires auprès des clients
- Participer à l’animation du club U (club réunissant nos clients)
- Mettre à disposition des **argumentaires puissants**, et former les équipes commerciales sur leurs pitchs auprès des clients
- Suivre les **KPIs de performance** (adoption, satisfaction, génération de chiffre d’affaires)
- Réaliser une veille active sur les tendances, innovations, usages et concurrents

**Profil recherché**:

- ** Expérience confirmée en product marketing B2B**, idéalement dans un contexte SaaS
- Bonne connaissance des produits de **GTA et de planification**: enjeux RH, métiers, cas d’usage
- Connaissance des produits contrôle d’accès est un plus
- Aisance dans le **travail transversal** avec la R&D, le commerce, le marketing client et les partenaires
- Forte capacité à **transformer des fonctionnalités techniques en bénéfices clairs et vendeurs**:

- Excellentes compétences en communication, rédaction, pédagogie et synthèse
- Orientation résultats, structuration, rigueur et sens du client
- Maitrise de l'anglais écrit et oral

**Soft skills**:

- Capacité à embarquer les équipes et à motiver

**Ce que nous offrons**
