? MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
1?? Pilotage de l?intégration des interfaces SIRH-Paie
Organiser et piloter la conception détaillée des 50 interfaces reliant SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central à ADP.
Assurer la bonne définition des flux de données entre les équipes internes (transfert de fichiers) et les partenaires externes.
Garantir la qualité des données transmises et la bonne configuration des pré-built connectors ADP.
Superviser les tests de bout en bout (UAT, tests d?intégration, validation des flux paie).
Veiller à la conformité réglementaire et à la sécurisation des données sensibles RH & paie.
2?? Coordination des parties prenantes et suivi du projet
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes IT et les partenaires externes pour assurer un suivi efficace des développements.
Organiser et animer les comités de suivi (COPROJ, comités techniques) pour identifier et lever les points bloquants.
Assurer la communication et la documentation du projet (cadrage des besoins, spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques).
Piloter la gestion des risques et assurer la mise en production sans rupture.
3?? Supervision du delivery et amélioration continue
Mettre en place un plan de monitoring des interfaces pour garantir la continuité des services.
Optimiser et améliorer les processus d?intégration pour assurer la performance et l?évolutivité du système.
Former et accompagner les équipes métier et IT dans l?exploitation des nouvelles interfaces.
?? PROFIL RECHERCHE
**Compétences techniques et fonctionnelles**:
**?? SIRH & Paie**: ADP Global Payroll, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
**?? Intégration de systèmes**: Connecteurs ADP, gestion des interfaces paie-RH, flux de données.
**?? Data Management**: Qualité des données, conformité réglementaire, monitoring des flux.
**?? Méthodologies**: Gestion de projet IT, Agile, ITIL (gestion des incidents et des changements).
Soft Skills & Leadership
**? Esprit de synthèse et structuration**: Capacité à organiser un projet complexe avec plusieurs parties prenantes.
**? Capacité de coordination**: Gestion des interactions entre ADP, les équipes IT internes et les prestataires.
**? Sens du delivery**: Respect des délais et pilotage efficace du déploiement des interfaces.
**? Autonomie et rigueur**: Capacité à prendre des décisions et à sécuriser le projet.
? EXPERIENCES & FORMATIONS
? Bac+5 (Ingénieur, Master en Systèmes d?Information RH, ou équivalent).
**? Expérience requise**: 7-10 ans en gestion de projet SIRH, avec une expertise en ADP Payroll et SAP SuccessFactors.
? Expérience en intégration d?interfaces paie-RH fortement appréciée.
