We are looking for a Sales, Programs & Engineering Talent & Organization Development Apprentice to join our team at our Headquarters based in Nanterre.
As a Sales, Programs & Engineering Talent & Organization Development Apprentice, you will support the Human Resources team in the development and implementation of talent management and organizational development initiatives, contributing to the growth and success of our organization.
**Your mission, roles and responsibilities**:
Your missions:
- ** Training and Development**: Support the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employees' skills and capabilities.
- ** Performance Management**: Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- ** Organizational Development**: Participate in projects related to organizational effectiveness, culture, and employee engagement.
- ** Employee Engagement**: Contribute to the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and events.
- ** HR Analytics**: Support data collection and analysis related to talent management and organizational development.
**Your profile and competencies to succeed**:

Level and type of degree sought:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges in the HR field.
- English knowledge is mandatory.
