Jacobs Clean Energy France SAS, a young subsidiary of the Jacobs Group, relies on its experience and expertise in the design, operation, and maintenance of nuclear infrastructures to meet its customers' needs as closely as possible.

Founded in 2013, Jacobs France supports its clients throughout the entire life cycle of a nuclear facility, from construction or licensing support to decommissioning, including support for the operating fleet (modifications, life extension, safety level improvement,...).

With two offices strategically located in Aix-en-Provence and Paris, the company's staff is made up of high-level engineers and managers. Its rapid growth will enable it to approach 100 employees in France in 2020.

Management of technical experts that will support customers by interfacing with the construction contractor to assess their support needs to efficiently deliver these through Site Wide IO Framework Contract Services on the ITER project.

Your main responsabilities:

- Directly accountable for the day-to-day management of the services provided via the General Services Contract during the early phases of contract operation providing the interface with the construction contractors
- Provide management Governance across remaining site service contracts for scaffolding and for lifting equipment (crane lease and/or contract lifts).
- Develop Succession strategy for General Services contract aligned to volume scalability.
- Administer the contracts portfolio, ensuring parties comply with their contractual and ‘’site rules’’ obligations and responsibilities.
- Perform measurement of work, and issue Task Orders or Work Assignments.
- Develop Continuous Improvement Initiatives for all service contracts and amend procedural guidelines as required.
- Review Monthly reports and reconcile all contract deliverables across all Transversal contracts and advise IO on Contractor actual achievements to enable commensurate payment
- ensure the performance measurement of the Service contracts and CMA Site Services management team.
- Providing the relevant technical expertise to check Contractor compliance for safe systems of work, SQEP, equipment, and processes and to advise on any emergent liability issues.
- Implement work Monitoring Processes to include meeting rhythms, reporting, and site surveillance consistent with the needs of the contracts.
- Lead the contractual relationships with the contractors, Quality Management, Communication Management, and Risk Management.
- Manage direct reports from the CMA Site Services personnel team, providing leadership for strategic and tactical direction.
- Ensure SQEP team supports the lifting & handling plus scaffolding work on site
- Form strong relationships with client’s representatives and directly interacts with the IO Technical Responsible Officer (TRO)
- Focus on delivery, value for money, and value creation activities through integrated planning and optimization of resources

**Localization**:

- Town : Saint-Paul-lez-Durance (Bouches-du-Rhône)
- Engineering degree or equivalence.
- 10 years of Major international EPC/EPC(m) experience
- Fluent in English, with additional French preferred.
- Previous experience in contract management and measurement/ reporting on delivery of those contracted services
- International experience managing engineering and construction support service contracts for equipment, services, and materials in a large-scale project environment
- Technical knowledge of the requirements for nuclear equipment and plants
- Execution of projects in a highly regulated environment(s)
