Mission:
Afin d'accompagner et de participer au bon développement de nos activités sur la région lyonnaise, notre agence, basée à St Priest (69), recherche son futur Team Leader H/F sur le pôle Manufacturing Engineering (ME). Rattaché(e) au Unit Delivery Manager de ce périmètre, vous êtes le/la référent(e) managérial(e) des collaborateurs travaillant sur votre activité et l’interface privilégié(e) de votre/vos client(s).

Il encadre et pilote son environnement:
Sur le plan managérial
- Encadre (technique, management au quotidien, organisation du travail, intégration, gestion des absences et congés,...) les collaborateurs intervenant sur les affaires dont il a la charge, et s'assure que les processus du système qualité sont mis en œuvre.
- Assure les missions de management qui lui sont confiées par son Responsable, en particulier les entretiens annuels d'évaluation et d'objectifs pour les collaborateurs qui lui sont rattachés.

Sur le plan technique et commercial
- Contribue au développement de la satisfaction de son client par la résolution de problèmes opérationnels. En lien avec le(s) commercial(aux) en charge du(des) compte(s), il/elle participe au développement de l’activité « Manufacturing Engineering » dans des secteurs d’activités diversifiés.
- Assure le suivi de la marge brute de son affaire et propose à son Responsable hiérarchique, en cas de dérive, les actions correctives nécessaires.
- Peut être amené, grâce à son niveau d'expertise, à apporter une assistance technique en dehors de sa prestation en cours.
- Met en œuvre et pilote le processus de conduite d'affaire.
- Fournit régulièrement à l'Assistant de Gestion les éléments quantitatifs de suivi d'affaire, en particulier s'assure de l'existence de la commande.

Sur le plan hygiène, sécurité et conditions de travail
- Anime la sécurité des équipes qui lui sont rattachées, dans le cadre des missions clients. Il est le responsable hiérarchique de l’ensemble du personnel de son équipe.

Profil:
De formation Bac+5 à dominante Génie Industriel, vous disposez d'une réelle expérience en Management d'équipe. Vous êtes dôté(e) d'un bon relationnel, d'une forte capacité d'adaptation et avez le goût du terrain. Vous avez déjà eu l’occasion de réaliser des missions similaires dans le secteur industriel. Vous possédez l’esprit d’équipe, vous êtes organisé.e, persévérant.e et autonome.

Une maîtrise de l’anglais qui vous permet de communiquer à l’oral comme à l’écrit avec tous les acteurs des projets.
