Founded in 2013, AB Tasty’s customer roster includes world-leading brands such as Kering, McDonald’s, Ulta Beauty, L’Oreal, Disneyland Paris, and LVMH among others. AB Tasty has 12 offices across the globe: North America, Europe, Asia Pacific.

Upon joining AB Tasty, you will become part of our FR Customer Success team. You will be responsible for onboarding, guiding and advising clients on the best ways to make the most out of AB Tasty solutions. The key objectives are to help our customers achieve their CRO goals while maximising product adoption. The CSM will report directly to one of the Team Leaders CSM FR.

**Contract & Location**:

- Permanent full-time contract
- Paris Office
- Smooth remote work policy (up to 3 days a week)

**What you will do**:
Client Management:

- Be responsible for the management of a customer portfolio
- Help build loyalty by creating an excellent relationship with existing customers
- Analyse and identify new areas for optimization following data analysis
- Be proactive to make our clients successful
- Maximize your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction

Customer Education:

- Undertake operational and methodological training
- Support clients in their implementation of tests and personalization campaigns

Product Adoption and Product Evolution:

- Increase Product Adoption
- Participate in the platform evolution with product teams, sharing clients' feedback, needs, and pain points

**What we look for**:

- A proactive, communicative and organised mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- 1st experience in SaaS or e-commerce business, in project management or customer relationship management (internship, apprenticeship)
- Strong soft skills: energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, open-minded, curious, and rigorous
- Interest in technology and digital ecosystems
