**Job Summary**:
We're looking for a highly motivated **Growth Manager** to lead on-the-ground growth activities and drive adoption of LemFi across the Ghanaian and East African diasporas in France, Spain, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building community-driven campaigns, and activating local partnerships that drive user acquisition and engagement in these corridors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute community-focused growth strategies across Ghana and East Africa corridors in key European markets (France, Spain, Belgium, Netherlands)
- Plan and manage offline activations, events, and partnership campaigns with local diaspora organizations and influencers
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, CRM, and product teams to localize global strategies and enhance user experience
- Analyze data to track performance and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion
- Serve as the voice of the diaspora communities, providing insights and feedback to improve LemFi's offerings
- Identify high-impact growth opportunities and lead their execution from strategy to results

**Requirements**:
2-4 years of experience in community growth, field marketing, or go-to-market roles (preferably in fintech, diaspora communities, or multicultural markets)

Deep understanding of the Ghanaian and/or East African diaspora in EuropeFluent in English; French, Spanish, or Dutch is a strong plusStrong project management, networking, and communication skills
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
