The Customer Support Specialist (CSS) is tasked primarily with managing and maintaining the key customer accounts from a technical perspective.

**JOB DUTIES**:

- Maintain and establish contact with interlocutors from various departments (technical, IT ) within affected key accounts. Driving Regular technical follow-ups meeting with assigned accounts.
- Identification, investigation and resolution of support requests
- Timely external communication to customers with focus on customer service and relationship building.
- Timely internal communication with engineering and product management with focus on solving customer issues, and Team relationship building.
- Developing and maintaining technical Knowledge Base content using Salesforce and Confluence.
- Shows and develop strong collaborative work with various functional departments inside the company.
- Participates in regular technical reviews internally and with the customers.
- Maintains all technical data and information relevant to key accounts to conduct analyses that influence account-specific decision making.

**YOU MUST HAVE**:

- Master’s degree in electronics or computer sciences. An equivalent of the same in working experience is also acceptable.
- Minimum of 2 years in working experience in a technical customer facing position.
- Fluent English and Spanish

- Knowledge of Salesforce
