Are you ready to join the adventure ? **This position can be based in Paris or Barcelona.** *** ️**Your missions**: The Energy Operations Specialist is responsible of ensuring the contract life cycle of our client runs smoothly. **Processes management & improvement** You will handle and manage all phases of the contract life: - Acquisition, in collaboration with marketing and operations teams. - Activation phase: you are in charge of making sure that energy is activated for our clients. You need to design and put in place automatic or manual processes for all possible errors, to maximize the activation rate. - Billing phase: in collaboration with Finance Team, you will supervise the billing process. - Customer care: you will have a dedicated team of customer service agents and you will have to optimize our processes to maximize customer satisfaction and efficiency. To carry out this mission, you will be in charge of designing and monitoring the customer care processes. **Analysis & Dashboarding** - You will be responsible of defining and following specific KPIs (activation rate, processing time, NPS,...) - Dashboard and drive performance improvement - Create and lead performance monitoring rituals You are the key stakeholder building the bridge between all stakeholders groups evolving around our customer base management, external or internal.
