**About the role**:
Reporting to the Senior Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for our Grocery category (dry goods, spices, canned goods ). You will develop and manage the sourcing strategy and product development of your category, at country level, to make sure business needs and objectives are met, while ensuring optimal inventory levels in our French warehouse.

You will be working closely with the international expert of the category, supporting the optimization opportunities for packaging and ingredients, as well as managing multiple internal and external organizational relationships with stakeholders.

**What you will be doing**:

- Develop a sourcing strategy of your category: benchmark, product development and price negotiation.
- Lead the RFP process for your category : from the selection of suppliers to decision making based on RFPs responses.
- Monitor performance: track performance (error-rate, cogs) of your category, leveraging data to understand performance drivers and making action plans based on your findings.
- Coordinate supply from different countries, anticipate and manage the transport lead time and plan ahead to ensure a buffer stock and a smooth supply chain.

**What we are looking for**:

- Master Degree from a Top Business School/ University, Purchasing degree is a plus
- Min. 2-3 years of experience in procurement roles, preferably related to the food industry
- Ability to work through tough problems with a rigorous and pragmatic approach
- Ability to manage and juggle multiple projects and proven project management skills
- Strong at internal and external stakeholder management. Demonstrated ability to work in teams and in a fast paced and challenging environment
- Fluency in English and French - both written and spoken
