**Job Description**:
**Within the Brand Marketing Department, and under the responsibility of the Head of Social, the Social Influence Marketing Specialist W/M will take care of**:

- Defining and implementing the global social influence strategy of the brand
- Working in collaboration with the social agency on the evolution and the improvement of our social influence strategy
- Maintenance and evolution of the Social Influence Marketing playbook and toolkits
- Managing a portfolio of global social influencers in the Outdoor, entertainment & lifestyle fields to expand the brand’s reach outside of its core sports:

- Identification of the profiles to fit the brand’s objectives
- Management of the terms of the relationship in partnership with our legal team
- Campaign management: brief, roll out and reporting
- Always on support and guidance for our social influencers
- Product seeding and logistics management
- Building a strong, long term and authentic relationship with each individual
- The management of the influencer marketing tools ecosystem
- Supporting the local markets in the usage of the tools to implement their local social influence strategy (identification, management, reporting)
- Pitching in social influence responses to amplify brand campaigns
- Helping the Sports Specialists and Sports Marketing Managers in their decisions to work with global athletes & ambassadors based on social data.
- Contributing to the content creation through influencers to feed in all Salomon platforms and channels
- Managing the entire social influencers database (local, global, vertical and transversal)
- Measuring the performance for our global social influence ecosystem and the campaigns: responsible for the earned social media metrics analysis, reporting and insights identification
- Monitor trends and innovation within the social influence marketing field
