HireOn Ltd is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a French speaking Customer Service Agent to join their team.
Position: Customer Service Agent
Location: Berlin, Germany OR Remote
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: 2500 euro gross/month
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a focal point for Advertisers & Agencies (SMB) for different types of queries in French
- Provide solutions to support & grow your self-service advertising customer base
- Promote the value of advertising solutions as well as provide post-sales
follow-up for all self-service products
- Create and provide an excellent customer service experience across all stages by proactively & continuously seeking improvement opportunities for both the client and the services offered.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Native/Fluent in French, both orally and written. Fluent in English (B2)
- Experience in online advertising and in service organisations will be considered as a strong advantage
- Solid knowledge & practice of social media as well as online advertising products or vendors
- Aptitude to work under pressure & to multitask effectively
- Agile personality with ability to learn fast and diligently
