- **R&D Engineer in Physic and Chemistry**, among a team of other engineers and directly reporting to the Chief Scientific Officer, you will be involved in but not limited to:
- Conducting active research in membrane and electrode surface chemistry and electrochemistry
- Compiling and analysing test information to determine process or equipment operating efficiency or to diagnose malfunctions.
- Analysing organic or inorganic compounds to determine chemical or physical properties, composition, structure, relationships, or reactions.
- Conferring with your team to conduct analyses of research projects, interpret test results, or develop nonstandard tests.
- Developing, improving, or customizing products, equipment, formulas, processes, or analytical methods.
- Writing technical papers or reports or prepare standards and specifications for processes, facilities, products, or tests.
- Studying effects of various methods on your researches.
You hold a PhD in physics and chemistry.You have a first professional experience in the field of industrial/applicative topics as part of your PhD or you’re looking for a post-doc, with a solid experience in electro-chemistry, and more particularly in the fields of fuel cells, batteries, energy storage (redox-flow), super-capacitive electrodes. You also have a good expertise in chemistry/iconic liquids.You are recognised for your excellent interpersonal skills and your common-sense. You are curious, someone proactive, who demonstrate motivation and commitment on a daily basis. You are a science lover and are passionate about renewable energy. Your friends describe you as a viosionary. Due to the international scope of the role, fluent English is necessary to interact with the different partners of the group.Localisation : Rennes, Bretagne, France
