Direct Report to the CFO of Mercedes-Benz Trucks France, you manage a team (4 people) and ensure the following tasks:

- Operative Planning & Actuals reporting and steering : ensure structured bottom-up planning process at TOC as a basis for discussions about top-down requirements to define target agreement.
- Ensure structured monthly actuals reporting on time, define and /or check accurate provision for each necessary item in close cooperation with Accounting.

Establish accurate deviation analysis vs planning.
- Pricing/Discount : planning and monitoring of discounts spending levels, Sales and Aftersales, incl. evaluation and control of incentive programs, direct sales and coordinated sales. Ensuring active participation in wholesale used Trucks remarketing business in price positioning, GPA and stock steering.
- Business optimization : implementing measures to respect defined targets. Ensuring profitability optimization by active advice on business levers.
- Tools and systems : ensure correct steering of all activities by creating, developing, maintaining appropriate tools and systems. Continuous improvement of CoFiCo/ Prime / Fast Close in line with DTAG and SSC team.
- Close cooperation with HQ teams
- Personnel management: Lead, motivate and develop allocated employees by target agreements and performance evaluations.
- Ensure target-oriented skills development. Provide for employees task related qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in finance and controlling, especially in planning and reporting.
- Confirmed Skills to lead a team.
- ability to handle Strategic as well as Operational topics
- Advance knowledge in Excel, capacity to analyse and summarize Big Data volume.

You are very organized in your job, logical thinker, self-motivated with proactive initiative, accountable and precise, reliable, able to handle complexity and multiple tasks, capable to cope with dynamic changes

You have strong interpersonal skills, you act as a team, you are stress resistant.

Advanced communication skills, written and spoken, in English, German is appreciated.
