We are currently seeking an Accountant to join the French finance team of Software AG. Based in Paris La Défense, reporting to the Accounting Director, you will support the team for all closings processes, & accounting cycles.
Essential Functions- Recurring : Accounts payables management, general ledger reconciliation, payments run- Recurring : Expense claim administration / reimbursement / policy update- Statutory accounts support (e-file, Bridge from IFRS to Local gaaps, Tax adjustments)- Running cash collection support (receivables & push the order to bill cycle)- Cash Forecast preparation for the management- Monthly Tax preparation (VAT, CIT,) management & reconciliation
Minimum Requirements- A knowledge of French rules is mandatory (legal, tax, social).- 2-3 years of experience in an accounting firm- Diploma: DCG or accounting BTS- Language: English written and spoken- Tools: Excel is must have- Rigorous, at ease with numbers, Gap analysis skills- Organization, Management of priorities- Proactiveness, Anticipation- Good communication - spoken & written
Nice to Have- An experience in an international company is a real plus- SAP knowledge could be useful but not necessary
