-Carhartt WIP is part of the Work In Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Retail Manager France (M/F/x)

**Your Responsibilities**:
**Operations Management**:

- Direct Management of all Store Managers, including recruitment, training, coaching, daily support, operations and management
- Know the fundamentals of labor law
- Conduct field visits in accordance with the company´s guidelines
- In agreement with the management, define quantitative and qualitative objectives for the store managers
- Coordinate activities and ensure the highest level of customer service and store experience through an effective store presence
- Maintain current knowledge of systems, coordinate and provide training to sales teams
- Monitor inventory results, develop action plans with management and stores to improve results
- Be able to analyze key retail performance indicators (KPI's)
- Support all operational activities related to the opening/renovation/closing of new stores and the roll-out of projects in France
- Manage an administrative part and the staff in particular its payroll

**Business Management**:

- Implement the company's overall strategy and initiatives to ensure goals are met
- Work closely with HR, Finance, Visual Merchandising, Retail Merchandising and other relevant departments to ensure company goals are achieved
- Identify opportunities for improvement in responsible area and provide effective solutions
- Representing the company

**Your Profile**:

- Relevant experience in retail management
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of and interest in the brand world
- Strong leadership and proven management skills
- Sense of commerce and customer satisfaction
- Driving license
- Ability to travel
- Fluency in French and English
- Preferably based in Paris
