By joining LumApps, Teach on Mars extends micro-learning to everyone in the company by nestling at the heart of the employee experience. **LumApps is**: - a SaaS platform dedicated to the Employee Experience that engages each employee through personalized communication, on all screens and regardless of their workplace, by connecting them to the tools, people and information they need to be the most productive. - A mission: Give employees a sense of belonging and purpose. - More than 450 large corporate clients. - A team of more than 300 Lumies across 8 offices (Lyon, Paris, Sophia-Antipolis, Lille, Barcelona, London, Austin, Tokyo). **Key Responsibilities**: - Build technical product demonstrations presenting LumApps Learning’ values to potential customers. - Implement Proof of Concepts in collaboration with the product team. - Act as support during demonstrations carried out with key accounts. - Partner with the Sales team to develop requirements, documents, presentations and support/respond in an effective and timely manner to RFI/RFPs from customers/prospects. - Train Sales & Partners and help support their business activities. - Develop and maintain expertise in new technology areas in a constantly evolving market. - Work in close collaboration with product managers by providing them with feedback on information collected during pre-sales projects and to ensure that all pre-sales customer requirements are documented and transitioned. **Skills**: - Ideally degree-educated, preferably in Computer Science. - **Bilingual in French and fluent in English.**: - 3+ years experience, background in high-tech SaaS pre-sales, solutions consulting, or professional services. - Good knowledge of digital learning solutions. - Good understanding of the deployment and integration of a SaaS platform. - Knowledge of Cloud technologies (GSuite or Office 365). - Excellent technical skills combined with a thorough understanding of sales cycles. - Excellent listening and communication skills (experience in public speaking). - Organized, structured and able to manage several tasks at once. - Self-learner, team player, enjoys sharing ideas and knowledge. - Motivated, agile and always ready to develop and share your skills and knowledge. - Able to travel on demand.
