**TL;DR**:
We’re looking for our Head of User Acquisition at Photoroom to accelerate our new active subscribers’ growth. This is a rare opportunity to join a fast-growing startup, with already more than 200m downloads and have an impact.
100-140k€ + Stock-Options/BSPCE
We are flexible: you can work from anywhere in Europe, come once a month to Paris (fully reimbursed), or visit the office more often.
We offer substantial support for relocation (10k€ signing bonus), including finding an apartment in Paris and supporting you with the visa procedure.

Photoroom is an international team, and we work in English. We offer language lessons for those who need them (English & French).
**About the role**:
Reporting to the VP Growth, you will manage Photoroom’s paid acquisition budget — an eight‑figure budget across Meta, Apple Ads, Google / YouTube, TikTok, programmatic DSPs and future potential offline activities.
**About you**:
- ** Subscription‑Model Expert**: You’ve held the CAC payback renewal dial successfully in at least one freemium‑to‑paid product.
- ** Hands‑on Operator**: Even as a leader, you log into ad platforms weekly and launch campaigns end‑to‑end yourself. You’re not afraid of building prototype and leverage AI to improve your productivity.
- ** Measurement fanatic**: Fluent in SQL, Looker, Amplitude (or similar); you design A/B tests, lift studies, do not believe in a single attribution method, triangulate learnings, and then act on the findings. You’re our measurement guru and can coach other marketing and growth team members on their channels.
- ** Smart process builder**: You understand managing a $25m budget requires processes, but you introduce them to remove actual pain points.
- ** Ship‑Fast & Candid**: You believe speed wins and feedback fuels better decisions; radical candor is your default mode.
- ** Owner mentality**: When ROAS dips, you diagnose, re‑allocate and fix—without waiting for permission.
