**The Opportunity**:
Dans le cadre d'un CDD de remplacement d'un congé de maternité (environ 6 mois), vous intégrez l ‘équipe Marketing Digital et vous reportez directement au Responsable Média. Vous principales responsabilités sont:
Campagne Média digitale:

- Coordonner le briefing des médias digitaux et le processus de réponse au brief entre les agences locales et les gestionnaires de marques locaux, conformément à la stratégie digitale de Mattel FR.
- Exécuter et optimiser les campagnes multimédia numériques en collaboration avec les agences ou directement avec des détaillants (campagnes de conversion).
- Conseiller sur la répartition du budget par marque pour les plans média en ligne : sensibilisation, engagement et conversion.
- Analyser les campagnes et partager vos idées sur le marché
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe régionale, pour contribuer à la définition de la stratégie digitale Europe.
- Proposer et exécuter les tests and learn pour suivre l’évolution des médias digitaux

**Analyses**:

- Analyser les performances des campagnes (Meta, YouTube, Tik Tok, Prime Video, campagnes programmatiques, campagne gaming ).
- Définir et mettre à jour des repères numériques, basés sur des indicateurs de performance clés Mattel FR et des rapports de campagne précédents.
- Créer de tableaux de bord personnalisés et envoi de rapports pour aider les responsables de marque à suivre les activités de leurs marques.
- Faire des recommandations d'optimisations basées sur des reporting.
- Veille concurrentielle des technologies et de l’analyse Web.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Expérience de 4 ans minimum dans le marketing digital, les médias numériques
- Excellentes compétences en médias numériques et WebAnalytics (préférence pour GA).
- Excellentes compétences Microsoft Office.
- Anglais et Français courant.
- Capacité à gérer efficacement des projets dans un environnement rapide et très exigeant.
- Aptitude à la résolution de problèmes et capacité d’analyse ainsi qu’excellentes compétences en matière d’organisation et de gestion du temps.
