**Talent Management expertise**
- Support EME Talent Director in the development of an inclusive and appealing strategy for Talent development: global mobility plan, career Development, animation of Sephora EME HR community to unlock mobilities across Sephora and LVMH
- In partnership with local HRDs and local Talent executives, consolidate and build the Global OMR presentation; ensure data cleanliness in central HR system, consolidate strategic talent pools, monitor, and complete individual development & succession plans
- Promote and leverage local initiatives when appropriate
- Manage global partnership with external partners, participate in the roll-out of new initiatives to elevate our Employer image

**Global projects**
- Coordination of Institut des Métiers d’Excellence initiative across Sephora EME
- Launch and coordination of a Talent Accelerator Program for Retail
- Support Talent Director in her collaboration with other Maisons and LVMH Headquarter to promote Sephora’s Talents and support mobility process across the group
- Participate in the Career site update by proposing new contents and topics.
- In partnership with Talent & LVMH teams, support key projects & initiatives and support internal stakeholders in aligning with Group priorities

**Job prerequisites**
- At least 5/7 years’ experience in an HR Project coordinator or Generalist role, in an international setting
- Fluent English, proficiency in French
- Perfect knowledge of the Office suite (Excel and PowerPoint mostly), knowledge of the Adobe suite or any other content creation software is a plus
- Previous experience of using a HRIS system (SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
- Able to interact trustfully & openly with diverse groups of people, building relationships within and beyond the organization.
- Able to make sense of complex or incomplete information to solve problems - Able to decide and act quickly and effectively without having the “full picture” in hand
- Challenge-driven, rethinking traditions, practices & rules, pushing boundaries & status quo. Not afraid of failure, thinking “out of the box” and acting accordingly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create content and to animate meetings
- Strong analytical thinking
- Retail / Multi site knowledge is a plus
