In a context of a constantly changing, highly competitive environment, supporting the EME retail and e-commerce offering teams, the EME Marketing & Communication Department is implementing all the 360° levers (RP, media, social media, events).

We are looking for an SEO Project Manager to drive both technical and content SEO. You’ll be the point of contact of all different teams and will lead the SEO strategy.

- Your goal will be to ensure that Sephora websites are SEO friendly to drive business. You will have the following assignments within the EME area :_

**_1/ MANAGEMENT OF THE SEO AGENCY_**
- _ Lead a team of experts _
- _Define priorities on technical and content with agency support_

**_
2/ DEFINITION OF THE TECHNICAL SEO STRATEGY_**
- _ Define the technical SEO roadmap, working closely with all teams_
- _ Identification of bugs and technical optimization_

**_3/ DEFINITION OF THE CONTENT SEO STRATEGY_**
- _ Define the Content strategy _
- _Creation of recommendation to support Sephora’s animations and key commercial periods_
- _ Creation of guidelines for e-merchandising team and brands _
- _Boost local SEO to increase stores visibility_
- _ App search optimization_

4/ EVANGELIZATION OF SEO STAKES ACROSS ALL MARKETING AND DIGITAL TEAMS_**
- _ Regular training of product, project and technical teams _
- _Animation of our community of Traffic managers on content SEO challenges _
- _Weekly, Monthly & Annual reports with local markets and central teams_
- _4 years of minimum experience in SEO agency in an international environment _
- _BSc/BA in Marketing, Business, or related field_
- _ Fluent in English _
- _Rigor and _Strong organizational _
- _Skilled communicator and teaching skills, able to collaborate with different teams_
- _ Business and priority oriented_
- _ Strong analytical skills and ROI mindset_
- _ Autonomy and responsiveness_
- _ You are recognized for your firm understanding and expertise of :_
- _ Good understanding of e-commerce challenges _
- _Current knowledge of SEO best practices technical and semantical is essential to this role._
- _ Proven experience in SEO _
- _Familiarity with relevant tools (e.g. SEMrush, Oncrawl, Botify) and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)_
