Information Security Officer

**Sweep is hiring an **Information Security Officer** **able to onboard and to develop quickly in a fully-remote IT ecosystem in the context of reinforcing its operations and the implementation of information security and compliance.**: Climate change is the defining issue of our time. What will I be doing?**: You are foreseen to take over a series of duties associated with the ISMS management and to deliver support in the projects' design and support and contribute actively in the implementation phases. The function will be in charge of supporting the implementation and following-up compliancy of the information security strategy and policies, to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information assets. You will monitor information security and contribute to IT risk management programs based on industry-accepted information security and risk management frameworks. You will work within the domain of the CTO and report directly with the IT & Security Director who defines the information security roadmap and strategy, to help improve and communicate the maturity levels of information security and IT risk practices across Sweep. You will support the IT organisation in regards to the implementation of information security strategy and policies. To be more specific, this includes: - Support and implement information security policy, within the strategic goals of Sweep, and translate this into information security concepts; - Coordinate the continuous development, implementation and updating of security and privacy policies, standards, guidelines, processes and procedures in compliance with regulations and/or standards; - Following audits, propose practical and pragmatic action plan and technical and/or organisational measures to the management; - Proactive identification and reporting of information security risks as well as responding to observations identified by third party auditors; - Assist the development of periodic reports and dashboards presenting the level of controls compliance and current information security risks; - Assist during and report follow-up of information security incidents; - Ensure overall IT compliance with regulatory requirements through proactive planning and communication; - Support and enhance information systems security management awareness and provide training about information security. **That sounds just right for me. This is who we're looking for: **Qualifications** - You have 1-2 years of experience in information security or information security advisory; - Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001. Experience with information security audits, reviews, and assessments, such as ISO 27001 or SOC 2 is considered as an advantage - Familiarity with IT management and supervision tools, network security and architecture, system hardening standards on macOS; - Fluent in English and French with excellent written and spoken skills; - Experience in a fully-remote and fast paced startup environment; **Qualities** - You have a passion for solving problems, developing the solutions and building products - You are enthusiastic, self motivated and autonomous - You bring all-round communication skills and an ability to work collaboratively - You are a team player and aim for velocity - You care about data privacy - You care about our mission of creating a better future for all of us **Copy that.
