We are looking for a student to join Uber Eats as a **Sales Enablement Intern** for 6 months starting in February 2025.
**About the Role**:
This internship is a unique opportunity to showcase your interpersonal skills while contributing to the success and productivity of Uber Eats. We are looking for a passionate individual who loves food and is excited about building strong partnerships with restaurants. As an intern, you will refine your skills and gain knowledge of the internal processes that ensure the success of our restaurant partners. You will support our Sales Enablement team by driving initiatives that help customer-facing teams excel in their roles, particularly in selling and engaging with merchants efficiently. We are looking for fresh talent with new ideas and a results-driven approach.
**Mission Statement**:
Through the Enablement scope, you will support the design and implementation of new sales enablement initiatives, helping to develop processes, refine methodologies, and play a key role in creating content to enhance coaching and training efforts, ultimately empowering our sales teams for success. As Enablement is a core role at Uber Eats, it will require an alignment with different internal stakeholders so that you embrace a wide and coherent view and get everyone on board
Through the Inbound scope, you will contribute in driving the acquisition of new restaurant partners, helping them succeed on our food delivery platform by providing a smooth and profitable partnership experience. This involves reaching out to restaurants, understanding their specific needs, and highlighting the value of our services.
You will directly report to the Head of Sales Enablement and your main responsibilities will consist in (but not limited to):
- Act as an ambassador of Uber Eats' mission, brand, and product.
- Contribute to the creation and curation of sales content, including sales decks, training materials, product guides, and any other documentation that supports the Sales vertical.
- Monitor, complete, and assist in adjustments to ad-hoc projects and other responsibilities assigned to support sales.
- Collaborate to organize, manage, and centralize the content library within the knowledge base, ensuring easy access and efficient distribution of sales collateral.
- Participate in daily Sales Office Hours.
- Help identify and develop best practices from sales teams.
- Gather feedback and insights to continuously iterate and improve the enablement strategy.
- Organize and implement onboarding programs with clear objectives for onboarding and assessments.
- Collaborate with the Sales Ops team to facilitate CRM navigation and sales activities.
- Assist in performance data analysis to identify knowledge or skill gaps across sales teams.
- Lead the entire end-to-end sales process for inbound leads, from initial calls, demonstrations, negotiations, and securing deals, to guiding restaurants through onboarding until they successfully complete their first month on the Uber Eats platform.
- Clearly communicate Uber Eats' services, values, and the latest products and projects to restaurant owners to inspire them to join us.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in CRM systems.

**Basic qualifications**:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business/Marketing for the full duration of the internship
- Available to start on early 2025 and work full-time for 6 months
- Work authorization in France - No visa sponsorship is available for internships
- Excellent written & spoken proficiency in French is required, and a good level of English for effective communication in an international context
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in sales through case competitions, class projects, student organizations, internships or work experience
Familiarity with sales success processes and tools (Salesforce, Google Suite) is appreciated
