**THE TEAM**
The role is attached to the Communications, Legal, Sustainability and Office management department. The role of the team is to protect and enhance the company’s brand, interests and reputation. And also to create a working environment that fosters Manas & Manos motivation and fulfillment.

**THE JOB**
As Corporate and Internal Communication Senior Manager, reporting directly to the VP Legal, Communication and Sustainability, your mission is to develop the corporate image and notoriety of ManoMano in France and in Europe, and to engage our employees through targeted communications to make our culture live everyday. You will manage one Corporate & Internal Communication Manager (apprenticeship).

For a maternity leave’s replacement, your main missions are:
**Corporate communications**:

- Implement the external communications strategy
- Manage ManoMano's public relations, identifying and organising speaking opportunities, partnerships and meetings with strategic partners
- Write press releases, speeches, written interviews and briefs for ManoMano stakeholders
- Monitor media coverage of industry news to ensure our company footprint is positive and identify opportunities to comment on the news
- Protect our brand through crisis communication strategies
- Day-to-day management of the PR agency

**Internal communications**:

- Develop targeted internal communications to build engagement to our culture and company growth
- Ensuring that the company's messages, visual identity and brand image are updated and consistent internally
- Activate and coordinate the internal communications strategy to ensure alignment with the company's momentums and culture
- Organise and coordinate our company meetings (1/quarter) in direct contact with the executive team and Founders

**Main interactions & reporting**
- Senior executive team (monthly)
- Office management & employee experience team (daily)
- HR teams (talent acquisition, talent development)
- Teams internal network / business
- Tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of all activities using a range of defined metrics and KPIs
- Managing dedicated internal & corporate communications budgets

**PROFILE REQUIREMENTS**
- Min. 6 years' experience in internal or external communications
- Ability to engage, convince and influence senior leaders, managers and employees
- Ability to decline messaging depending on the audience / target and the objective
- Fluent English is mandatory, excellent writing skills in French and English
- Interpersonal skills: listening, networking, team-working, ability to work on projects with short deadlines
- Great agility and fast in execution
- Organizational skills, rigor, sense of accountability, strong integrity
