Cross-functional communication across all entities of the group (subsidiaries, regions, central functions), aimed at aligning messages, sharing corporate culture, and supporting internal cohesion.

Objectives:

- Ensure consistency of internal messaging at the group level.
- Support transformation initiatives and overall strategy.
- Unite employees around the group’s culture, values, and key projects.
- Harmonize communication practices across entities.

1. Supporting Internal Communication Operations
- Oversee the structure, animation, and continuous improvement of the Group intranet.
- Ensure daily content management, performance monitoring, and functional enhancements.
- Coordinate a network of contributors from global functions to maintain a steady flow of relevant and up-to-date information.
- Provide editorial and operational support for internal communication initiatives across departments.
- Orchestrate and support the communication plans of key corporate functions (e.g. HSE, Quality, HR, etc.), ensuring alignment, consistency, and visibility across the organization.
- Ensure consistency and alignment of internal messages with the company’s tone, values, and strategic priorities.

2. Supporting Group Strategy and Transformation
- Design, implement, and lead a comprehensive internal communication strategy aligned with the Group’s strategic roadmap.
- Structure, harmonize, and enhance existing initiatives.
- Develop and deploy a dedicated communication plan to support the Focus 27 transformation project.
- Act as a key enabler of strategic change by ensuring clear, consistent, and mobilizing communication across all levels of the organization.
- Define and implement an awareness and engagement plan around the company’s roadmap.
- Coordinate the launch and implementation of global campaigns and newsletters in collaboration with the Transformation & External Affairs teams.
- Manage content creation and dissemination related to strategic plan.

3. Driving Employee Engagement and Culture
- Contribute actively to the change management plan within the Focus 27 transformation project.
- Manage and coordinate global (and local) employer branding channels: LinkedIn (Company Life, culture, values) and career website,.
- Promote and embed the company’s culture and values into daily practices:

- Put the client at the center of all actions, ensuring value creation.
- Promote the company’s core values and fundamentals, with a strong focus on diversity, safety, and quality.
- Foster a sense of belonging and engagement among employees through consistent and meaningful communication initiatives.

4. Team Leadership
- Supervise the internal communication manager at the Elbeuf site and Vertolaye

Education / Experience
- You have a master’s degree with 5+ years’ experience as an Employer Brand and/or Communication Specialist or Manager
- You have an experience in a position of responsibility in the communications department of an international company, ideally listed on the stock exchange or specialized agency.
- You have led large-scale communication projects, benefiting from the contribution and alignment of different countries and types of teams.
- You have strong expertise in internal communications and have already implemented transformative projects in this field.

- You have a sharp business acumen, true writing skills and the ability to roll out an editorial vision.
- You are agile and efficient, you know how to evolve in a multicultural environment.
- You are a creative person, who enjoys creating contents on various platforms and formats

- You write and speak fluent English and French
