Sézane continues to develop its presence in France and internationally. We are looking for the talent of a VIP and Press Relations Assistant for the Japanese Market to join us on a 6 months internship. This internship is based in Paris (75).

He/she will work with stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and client engagement through impactful communications, exclusive experiences, and seamless integration of PR and VIP initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will be:
VIP Relations:

- Develop direct relationships with VIPs by connecting with stylists and hair/makeup artists.
- Manage and monitor VIP gifting campaigns.
- Perform regular VIP profile monitoring and competitor analysis.

Press Relations:

- Act as the main operational contact for the Japan press agency.
- Handle press requests, shopping inquiries, and monitor coverage across print, online, and social media platforms.
- Assist in drafting press releases and coordinating press materials and communication tools.
- Contribute to press tracking, reporting, and analysis.

Event Coordination:

- Support the planning, organization, and execution of press, influencer, and VIP events, overseeing logistics, scheduling, and on-site operations.

Additional Responsibilities:

- Provide translation support for website content, newsletters, and social media ads.

**Requirements**:

- ** Please note that we can only consider applicants with fluent Japanese language skills for this role. English language is also required, and French language is a plus**
- Fast-learner and able to adapt to a dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment
- Organized, structured and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Creative mind with a passion for fashion and brand development
- Prior internships in the Japan fashion industry is a plus
- Existing eligibility to work as an intern in France strongly preferred
