Sézane continues to develop its presence in France and internationally. We are looking for a talent to join us in the role of Business Development Assistant, Japan (M/F), to support business development initiatives in Japan markets with a 360° approach.

He/she will collaborate with different stakeholders in the company to ensure flawless localized customer experience: from website experience to 360° marketing, last mile delivery and client services.

**Main responsibilities**
- Assist in planning and executing website localisation by ensuring the highest qualitytone of voice to promote Sezane in Japan
- Support all marketing activities including paid, social media and influencer marketing, sourcing local partners and acting as a facilitator with HQ teams
- Research and keep up with current social media best practices and trends in the market
- Conduct market research on the fashion landscape and competitors in Japan
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer behavior to optimize online sales performance
- Support the team on daily run as well as ad-hoc projects

**Requirements**:

- Fast-learner and able to adapt to a dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment
- Organized, structured and strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Creative mind with a passion for fashion and brand development
- Please note that we can only consider applicants with fluent Japanese language skills for this role. English language is also required, and French language is a plus
- Prior internships in the Japan fashion industry is a plus
- Existing eligibility to work as an intern in France strongly preferred.
