Regional Product Manager

Summary

The Regional Product Manager reports to the Global Product Manager and is responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in commercial, production, and order management for the Eastern Hemisphere Energy Solutions business. This support includes volume and margin analysis, lead time management, forecasting, demand planning, order & credit management, and managing warehouse stock requirements. The Regional Product Manager ensures proper material flow and ensures purchase order scheduling is aligned with production plans.

Job Description
- Drive schedule attainment and communicates any deviations or abnormalities in schedule to Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain Manager and Customer Care
- Support sales team with the following: sales/account analysis, market reporting, open order/sales reports, ensuring purchase orders remain aligned with production schedule changes
- Manage, oversee invoice/payment activity with third party portals, to ensure timely payments, and that credit limits are properly managed
- Primary contact with tollers to ensure accurate production plans, delivery schedules
- Provides continued assistance to customer care with order expedites and specific customer requests; serve as a hub for requests and filter through appropriate parties (SOIP, Customer Care, etc.)
- Be primary stakeholder to coordinate order/invoice process flow to ensure accuracy and payment within terms
- Manage production on general SAP transactions and monitor transactional data integrity
- Review inter-company requirements to ensure proper alignment of production schedule with warehouse, toll manufacturer and procurement requirements
- Meet, maintain, and communicate On Time Delivery KPI(s)
- Be a backup/redundancy to Global Product Manager
- Use and maintain SAP basic T-codes

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years’ or 10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing with specific knowledge and skillset in order fulfillment
- Experience in logistics with SAP ERP experience
- Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Excel and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Intermediate skill level with SAP
- Intermediate to experienced skill level and understanding in transit times and logistics
- Must be able to interact and communicate professionally and effectively across functions and all levels within the organization
- Must have strong organization skills
- Must be able to execute tasks timely
- Highly detail oriented
- Problem solving skills

Differentiators
- Knowledge of the Wellbore Solutions customer base and portfolio
- Experience working with the Le Havre, Ribecourt, Marl, Oss, or Filago plants
- Previous exposure to the Wellbore Solutions team
- Supply chain or SOIP experience
- Experience managing remote warehouses or tollers
- Bilingual English and French, German, or Mandarin
