The Financial Advisory group offers a complete range of services including among others:

- Mergers and Acquisitions;
- Asset disposals;
- Restructuring;
- Strategic partnerships;
- General financial advisory.

**About Lazard’s Middle East and Africa (MEA) Team**:
Through its two offices in Paris and in Riyadh, Lazard's MEA team offers tailor-made advice to top-tier strategic and/or financial investors active in the Middle East and Africa regions.

Thanks to a sector and product agnostic approach, we assist our client in their landmark strategic transactions including, M&A, IPO, Bond issuance, funding strategy etc

As an intern, you will be based in Paris into a growing team of +15 people and the broader Lazard Financial Advisory platform.

You will be working in an international environment, delivering high end financial and strategic advice to Lazard's clients.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Perform detailed sector and company research
- Prepare presentation and business cases on specific situation
- Conduct strategic and finance analysis
- Assist the team in company valuations and financial modeling

**Profile**:

- Prior experience in investment banking is a must
- Top tier business or engineering school
- Ability to produce / present technically written materials / client pitches
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask across multiple projects
- Curious and proactive with attention to details
- Hard skills: excellent technical skills on Office Suite and professional investment banking tools (Bloomberg, FactSet)
- Proficiency in French and English (Arabic is a plus)
