JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY Establish and scale the Free2Move mobility platform in MEA markets. Lead strategic partnerships, product localization, and digital service development in alignment with Stellantis' mobility strategy and urban mobility trends. This role requires regional coordination across MEA markets, working closely with country-based counterparts to align local execution with regional strategy. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring consistent delivery of results, performance, and operational standards across all territories.Role and ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with country-level stakeholders and responsible teams across MEA to ensure alignment with regional objectives.Monitor performance metrics and provide guidance to local teams to ensure consistent service quality and delivery.Drive localization and launch of Free2Move services (e.g., car sharing, fleet management, mobility-as-a-service).Identify and establish partnerships with municipalities, real estate developers, and mobility tech startups.Act as the MEA liaison to global Free2Move HQ for product integration and market fit.Lead marketing, operations, and customer acquisition for regional Free2Move rollouts.Ensure legal compliance and operational efficiency in mobility deployments.Competencies & qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Urban Mobility, Business, or Technology.10+ years' experience in shared mobility, fleet services, or startup ecosystems.Knowledge of urban transport, regulatory environments, and digital platforms.Strong leadership and entrepreneurial spirit.Fluent in English; French and Arabic desirable.Key working relationships:Regional and Financial Services HQSales and Marketing RegionMarkets Managing Directors, B2B Directors, CFOPlanning and Business Development Budget:Responsible for project management of finance opportunities in the regionKey KPI's:Free2Move city launches and active user base.Fleet utilization and uptime metrics.Revenue and EBITDA contribution.Customer satisfaction and brand awareness in MEA.At Stellantis, we assess candidates based on qualifications, merit, and business needs.
