**Job description**:
**The Role: Fullstack BDR/SDR — Lead Generation Specialist**

**What You'll Do (and Learn)**

As a **Fullstack BDR/SDR**, you’ll be the engine of our commercial growth. Your playground: identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified prospects. You'll act as a real **Prospect Hunter** — from first touch to handing off to Sales.
- **First Contact & Pitching** - Reach out to prospects, understand their needs, and spark their interest
**Collaboration with AEs** - Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to convert leads into clients
- **Event Presence** - Represent Ezus at trade shows, webinars, or networking meetups (1-2 per quarter)

**Process Optimization** - Test, analyze, and improve our prospecting tools and techniques

- Internship compensation: €1000 fixed/month + uncapped variable bonus (on average €400-600/month after 2 months — top performers reach up to 2.5x the fixed salary)
