Internship - 6 Months - Private Credit Sales Assistant in Corporate Finance (F/H)

You are joining our BPCE Sales team within Natixis CIB, who is looking for a **Private Credit Sales Assistant in Corporate Finance,**for a 6-month **internship** from **January 2026.**

We are actively working to distribute credit operations (Corporate financing, real estate financing, project financing, ENR financing...) to our clients, the banks of the BPCE group, which are also our shareholders or subsidiaries.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:

- Prepare syndications launch documents and write briefing notes on financing operations (financial analyses, key terms and conditions of the transaction) ;
- Participate in calls with the origination/ structuring teams of the bank’s businesses, and with clients;
- Create and feed different reporting tools for the syndication activity;

**Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:
Student at the BAC+4/5 level, you are preparing a degree (university or business school), with a specialization in finance.
You have knowledge and a marked interest in corporate finance.
You are fluent in computer tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Word, as well as English.
You are recognized for your motivation, your rigor, and your curiosity.
You are endowed with excellent writing, relational and synthesis qualities.
You also have the ability to work in a team with an international dimension.
