As a Product Manager of the On&Off Ramp Team, you will be responsible for the experience of customers converting fiat to crypto and vice versa within the Consumer Services Team. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Delivery, Marketing, and Business teams to align, define, and execute the product vision and strategy. You will translate the vision and strategy into a roadmap to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions for users looking to buy, sell, or request a card linked to their crypto.

The On&Off Ramp product at Ledger enables customers to compare providers securely integrated into Ledger Live. Customers can choose the best option for buying, selling, or requesting a card depending on their country, payment mechanism, or features. As a product manager, your main goals are to offer a secure experience and increase conversion by partnering with product design, engineering, the business line manager, the legal team, and providers. We have over 40 providers worldwide, so you must consider scalability across countries, payment methods, compliance, time to market, and conversion.

**Your mission**:

- Align, define, and execute the product vision and strategy to be consistent with Consumer Services objectives and Company OKRs for the Buy, Sell, and Card product experiences
- Follow a solid discovery discipline to gather insights from our users consistently. To validate, we align on outcomes, opportunities, solutions, and hypotheses
- Work with senior management to identify, prioritize, and develop the product roadmap
- Oversee and drive the product life cycle, from planning to launch, collaborating with our stakeholders. Develop metrics and KPIs to measure product success and identify opportunities to iterate
- Follow Ledger’s Product Management Development process
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making, develop metrics and KPIs to measure product success, and identify opportunities encouraging experimentation and iterative improvement
- Collaborate closely with the Delivery team to ensure they work together to maximize our value to customers and the Ledger at the right time
- Optimize and scale the integration of partners in the most relevant and iterative way without compromising security and transparency

**What we’re looking for**:

- Previous experience as a Product Manager for consumer (B2C) products
- Experience in funnel optimization, A/B testing and conversion-driven roadmap Experience in one or more of: comparison apps or websites, fintech, marketplace search result experiences, upgrading freemium users to premium
- Proven ability to work as a member of a diverse, multidisciplinary product team
- Passion for end to end user experience with focus on beating customer expectations
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
