Our primary challenges revolve around financial analysis, ROI assessment, and strategic financial planning. We focus on optimising financial controlling processes and procedures within Global Beauty Tech, one of the fastest-growing sectors. Our goal is to implement a value-creation evaluation logic for every project, whether it's a business platform or a technological platform, focusing on ROI (Return on Investment). We are a diverse team of six Financial Controllers, each dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations. Missions of the job
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Management of the data tech budget and trends to support our strategy and maximise value creation.
- Reporting & Analysis: Be responsible for the accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, variance analysis. Collaborate with performance officers to monitor and enhance performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance efficiency within the team and support the Finance Beauty Tech team in transforming the function.
- Compliance and Financial Policies: Ensure internal control, guarantee the integrity of financial data, minimise risks, and adhere to group procedures
- Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, data tech teams, data business teams, and zones to provide financial guidance and support and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

**Essential skills and experience include**:

- Financial Expertise: Proven experience in financial controlling, with a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Analytical & Data Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.
