**Key Job Accountabilities and main tasks**:
- Manage financial and economic indicators of the scope: BT management and support functions (HR, finance, CIO, communication ) concerning the objectives defined by the Beauty Tech Top Management, delivering transparent processes, implementing governance and controls to mitigate financial risk.
- Support GBT financial manager: organization of the Tech Domains P&L consolidation (YTD/YTG / budget & trends), perform transversal financial analysis, suggest optimizations, and implement best practices.
- Ensure the Group's Standards (financial, accounting, and Group management) and those about Internal Control are applied.
- Key user SAP for the team: develop and share best practices, manage master data and promote SAP evolution.
Reports to Global Beauty Tech finance manager
Required qualifications and Experience
- Master's degree from a Business or Engineering school with a Finance specialization
- Significant Finance/Controlling experience. Consulting background is a plus
- Professional fluency in both French and English is mandatory.
- Proficient in using MS Office, ERP and consolidation/reporting systems (e.g. SAP, Anaplan, Magnitude, Power BI).
- An analytical mind with a strategic mindset
- Self-starter, results-driven and highly organized
- Ability to work with staff at all levels of the organization
- Understanding of Data and Technology
- Communication and presentation skills
