**About the role**:
As Chief of Staff, you’ll serve as a force multiplier to our CEO and leadership team, working across strategic priorities and helping turn bold vision into reality.

You’ll bring clarity, structure, and velocity to the company’s most important initiatives. From Board operations to hiring excellence, international expansion to pricing strategies, you’ll lead cross-functional projects and drive execution at scale. This is a high-impact, high-trust role that puts you at the center of the company’s growth engine.

**Over your first 12 months, you’ll**:

- Design and implement a best-in-class Board operating rhythm that dramatically reduces CEO prep time while improving strategic focus
- Build a shared visibility system on revenue drivers, aligning Product, Marketing, and Wealth around growth levers
- Co-lead key hiring processes to level up our leadership team
- Partner with Finance and Product to unlock cost efficiencies without slowing down growth

**You’d Be a Great Fit If You**:

- Have held a **Chief of Staff**, **Consultant**, **Investor**, or **Startup Operator** role with exposure to senior leadership
- Operate with **extreme ownership** — you don’t just complete tasks, you deliver results
- Thrive in ambiguity and have a track record of **relentless execution**
- Are a **structured thinker** who can bring clarity to chaos and synthesize complex problems into action
- Are **data-savvy** and comfortable with financial modelling, growth metrics, and dashboards
- Possess **excellent written and verbal communication**, especially for Board-level storytelling and strategic alignment
- Are **high-energy**, fast-paced, and operate at founder-speed
- Handle confidential topics (fundraising, hiring, strategy) with total **discretion and trust**
- Switch effortlessly between strategic priorities and tactical problem-solving
- Are fluent in **French and English**

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Come from a **top-tier consulting background** (e.g., BCG, McKinsey, Bain) and transitioned into ops or product at fast-growing sca
