**The opportunity**:
To support Sephora’s growth, we are strengthening the Global Tech team. You will join Global Tech team, reporting directly to the Global VP Tech Performance & Planning, to support the team leaders transversally.

**You will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions**:
Executive Team Assistant
- Organizing and following-up on the team leaders’ key travels, and key meetings (digital or in-person)
- Welcoming new team members and onboarding them
- Contributing to a qualitative offboarding process
- Overseeing orders for office supplies, materials, equipment, and managing shipping by courier when needed
- Coordinating team life animation, seminars, employees’ seniority anniversaries, birthdays

Project Management
- Helping on ad hoc project coordination (SharePoint and files organization, communication, events)
- Supporting the collection and production of regular reporting/communication tools (KPIs, dashboard...)
- Managing the team’s spends and purchase orders for key projects (invoicing, process follow-up) with external providers, and internal reinvoicing (within Sephora regions and within LVMH), including the administration of global licenses
- Significant experience in Executive and Team Assistant roles with senior leaders
- Demonstrated experience in international companies, working with Global teams
- Organization - Structured, rigorous and concise, you are keen to anticipate the needs of your daily contacts and stakeholders with initiative and autonomy
- Sense of confidentiality - You are comfortable in dealing with sensitive employee information
- Collaboration - You interact with a wide range of stakeholders and you are seen as a value-added contributor to the team
- Communication - You are fluent in both French and English, you have strong interpersonal skills, you are able to observe and adapt, with strong listening skills

- Facility with Microsoft suite (especially Excel), common corporate software, reporting tools, and ideally PowerBI
